Based on always quality principle, Quality control plans have been determined for ensuring the total quality in all process stages, from the entry of raw materials to the production processes and to the shipment and entrance, process and final quality controls are made and recorded according to these plans.

Özen İş Makine supports its production with educated and experienced personnel by using MRP & ERP computer software program actively for production, management and traceability in international standards and adopting a service approach aiming to keep customer satisfaction at the top level. It has documented all these capabilities with ISO 9001: 2008, OHSAS 18001: 2007, ISO 14001: 2004, ISO 10002: 2004 quality certificates.

In the quality control section, 3D coordinate measuring device, 3D laser scanning device and other sensitive measuring devices are available and calibrated by TURKAK accredited institutions in accordance with annual calibration plan.
