Quality Control
Özen İş Makine has adopted Total Quality Management principle. Based on always quality principle, Quality control plans have been determined for ensuring the total quality in all process stages, from the entry of raw materials to the production processes and to the shipment and entrance, process and final quality controls are made and recorded according to these plans.
Design Team
The design team makes 3D design from the product by reverse engineering by using 3D scanning device and controls the manufacturability of the product with the analysis of the design programs and presents it to the customer's approval.
PRODUCTION
Özen İş Makina uses CNC technology supported by CAD/CAM in the production. The machine park consists of high speed 4 and 5 axis CNC Vertical Machining Centers, CNC lathes, C-Y axis CNC lathes. HVOF, PTA, TIG, J3, SUPERJET (EUTOLOY) techniques are used in coating & welding which is the important process of mold production.
PRECISION MACHINING
With 45 years of experience and processing practice, Özen İş Makina produces spare parts and precision machined parts for different sectors. Özen İş Makina manufactures and assembles precision turning, milling parts from 4mm to 800mm and length up to max.1000mm.
